Tea: The Most Natural Way to Lose Weight and Feel Better


For all intents and purposes, my use of the word “tea” in this post is meant to include herbal teas as well as tea (camellia sinensis) itself. Second to water, tea is the most commonly consumed beverage in the world, and for good reason. Teas have been proven to have more medicinal and physiological benefits than I have time to list, so to simplify things, let’s just say that plants and herbs have various nutritional properties that our bodies need. By drinking these herbs in a tea form, we directly infuse these nutrients into our bodies. On top of those benefits, adding tea to your diet may curb your appetite, flush out your system, and boost your daily quality of life. Beside this it's a natural way to lose weight.
